Pissouri is a village located between Limassol and Paphos (about 20-30 minutes from the centre of Limassol). Half of the residents are foreigners, mostly British national families or elders. Germasogeia is the closest residential area outside of the business centre and tourist area of Limassol Old Town. The Germasogeia dam is a popular attraction for leisure activities among locals, such as fishing, exercising, and going for walks.

7. Erimi – Kolossi
Erimi is a large village about 20 minutes by car from the centre of Limassol. The homes in this region are more commonly used for long-term and permanent living, unlike some places closer to the town centre. The real estate in the Erimi-Kolossi area is not as high-end as some of the other listed neighbourhoods. However, it does provide many good family homes at reasonable prices.
Erimi-Kolossi is home to the historical sites of Kolossi Castle, ancient Kourion and the beautiful Kourion beach. These neighbouring villages provide direct routes to Limassol and Paphos, accessible through the highway. The suburb is a nice middle-ground between city and remote living, with numerous amenities and continuous expansion.
